REACH Regulation for the prevention of harmful and safety-critical substances
To avoid harmful ingredients and substances, HERMA promotes alternative methods for determining the harmful effects of substances through the REACH regulation. This reduces the number of animal tests and actively supports the regulations for the approval and restrictions of chemicals. EUTR – the European Union Timber Regulation
The European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR) actively supports measures aimed at combating illegal timber procurement. HERMA affirms its knowledge of the obligations laid down in this regulation and fulfils them with due care within the scope of its activities.
