Thanks to cooperation with leading printer manufacturers, HERMA label sheets are compatible with all commonly used printers. We use chlorine-free bleached papers and solvent-free adhesives to protect the environment.
A4 label sheets, custom-manufactured to your specifications
For our labels on sheets, we offer a wide range of self-adhesive materials with differing adhesive properties. Some examples for label sheet materials:
- White paper, permanent, extra-strong adhesion, removable or suitable for frozen storage
Different adhesive properties of the adhesive make white sheet label a specialist: for rough or curved surfaces, for sensitive surfaces that should not be damaged when the label is removed, or for use in deep-freeze areas. With adhesive material from our own coating, we are flexible and can tailor the sheet labels exactly to your application.
- Papers in yellow, red, blue, green, grey or neon, permanent or removable
Coloured label papers stand out and are therefore particularly suitable for warning notices, campaign stickers, signs and much more. Printed with the appropriate instructions in A4 laser printer, individual adhesive labels with a high signal effect are created.
- Glossy papers for laser printing and inkjet printing
The special glossy effect of these sheet labels is particularly suitable for labels that are applied to high-quality product packaging, presentation folders or lacquered surfaces.
- Flexible PE film, extremely strong adhesion and resistance to saltwater
Sheet labels made from this film are particularly hard-wearing and weatherproof. They also adhere extremely well to critical surfaces. Typical applications are seawater-resistant hazardous substance labels and hazardous goods labels and outdoor applications. The film of this laser printer labels is stretchable and adapts smoothly even to a curved surface. PE film labels can be printed with laser printers, colour laser printers and copiers. And they can also be written on by hand using a biro or foil pens. - Rugged polyester films, white, transparent or silver, extra strong adhesion
Sheet labels made of polyester film are tear-resistant, weatherproof, UV-resistant and ageing-resistant. They are suitable for a very wide temperature range. Due to a special surface treatment, the toner fixation on the label sheet is particularly good - for durable printing results with laser printers and colour laser printers.
- Flexible textile material with removable adhesive
TThere are versatile applications: in addition to name labels for events of all kinds, stickers made of acetate silk are also suitable for labelling fabrics, carpets and mattresses. The sheets of labels made from textile labels can be printed with laser printers, colour laser printers and copiers - and you can also inscribe them by hand.
- Special coated papers and films for inkjet printers
Inkjet printers need adhesive labels made of special materials which, thanks to a special surface coating, are able to absorb the ink reliably and fix it permanently to the label sheet in a smudge-proof manner. When printing with inkjet, it is also important that the ink does not flow but is fixed precisely in the material of the printable label sheets.

We produce A4 sheet labels for you unprinted in your desired format - and if you wish, also with printing, in digital or conventional printing, depending on the run.

The assortment of standard formats on A4 label sheets with many common sizes (self-adhesive white paper) are available at all times from our online-shop.
Self-adhesive A4 label sheets (laser labels, inkjet labels, copy labels) have countless applications. They are used mainly for product identification, as logistic labels and transport labels and pallet labels of all kinds, such as address labels, box labels and labels for shrink film on pallets. Labels on A5 sheets are ideal as individually printable shipping labels (single label).
Sheet labels are usually applied manually, they can be easily peeled off the backing material and stuck directly onto the product or carton. For machine processing (automatic dispensing in packaging systems), we recommend roll labels.

What are the label formats on label sheets?
We produce any desired label format in custom-production, whether rectangular, square, round, oval or individual special shapes.
In our online shop you will find a large selection of common standard paper labels on A4 sheets, in packs of 100 or 500 sheets.

How can blank label sheets be printed?
HERMA sheet labels are compatible with all common PC printers that can process materials with a grammage of over 140 g/m². Please follow the recommendations of the device manufacturer (e.g. inserting the sheets in single sheet feeder or multi-purpose cassette).
It is important that you print each label sheet only once. Sheets from which some labels have been removed may cause problems if passed through the machine a second time.
Depending on the printer, different settings must be made in the printer driver or on the printer control panel. For laser printing we recommend the setting “thick paper”, “heavy materials” or “labels” (or equivalent). If you use the label sheet on inkjet printers, please test the best print mode (e.g. paper type, resolution) for your printer.

Which software solutions are available for HERMA sheet labels?
In principle, you can print the custom-made HERMA label sheets with any software program that offers a label printing function in which you can define the exact dimensions of the sheet layout (label size, margins) yourself.
Printing HERMA A4 labels from the stock range in the online shop is particularly easy with our free online software, as these sheet label formats are already available with all parameters predefined. Enter the article number, design, print - done!
